1. What are your wig policies?
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.
A photo copy of your driver's license and a signed Wig Contract Agreement may be required to process your order.
Standard orders are processed/fulfilled within 7 - 21 business days after the date of purchase. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding all holidays.
Rush orders are fulfilled within 7 -10 business days. You have the option to rush any order for a fee of $100. A SHIPPING FEE IS APPLIED TO EACH ORDER A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for your package after it is with the shipping carrier. NO REFUNDS ; NO EXCHANGES. All Sales are final.
2. What wigs do you specialize in?
Custom Wigs. Wigs that are machine made with a frontal or closure and are customized to look very natural for each client.
3. Am i required to use lace glue to keep my wig secured?
No. Closure wigs do not require lace adhesive. Frontal wigs, with an elastic band, will not need glue or adhesive to keep the wig down.
4. How long does lace glue last?
Up to 14 days without contact of water or sweat.
5.This is my first wig, what do you recommend?
A closure wig . Frontal wigs or full lace wigs are considered high maintenance and are recommended for advanced wig wearers.
6.Why do you need measurements?
Measurements are only needed for CUSTOM WIGs.
I will need all the right measurements to ensure the perfect fit.
I DO NOT need measurements for a full lace wig. They all come one size fits most. From (19-23 circumference).
